Design steps are necessary to make a bag.
When you get a real bag before that, you need to have some imagination first.
And the design is executed to appear in your concept.
It is a test of the company's research and development capabilities.
Our strength is in our ability to R&D.
According you provide reference images or word descriptions or original samples.
The designer could follow your comments and make a sketch.
Depending on your choice, suggest materials or colors, or additional details for the feature.
Ensure that the design is available and complete when the sample is processed.
By the time you are done designing, you should understand how to make the bag.
This step would require high-tech and experienced technicians to make the paper patterns.
Promise to match the size and shape of the bag to the final design.
Our tech guy has extensive experience with paper patterns and bags.
For paper patterns drawn using CDR on a computer.
Next, we used the auto-cut machine to print and cut the paper pattern.
It preserves the correct size of the paper pattern and is efficient.
Our second advantage is bulk production,
The production line is split into a stitching line and a welding line.
Stitched lines are for standard bags and welded lines are for waterproof bags.
The two types of bags are different techniques.
Both production lines have a reasonably full complement of personnel and extensive industry experience.
Then you do not have to worry about your product not being processed on time because we have a lot of capacity.
The QC criterion is also different between them.
The welding bag needs to be inspected at each step to ensure the panels are nicely welded together before proceeding to the next step.
Because waterproofing materials are special, they only last for one use.
If there is weld loss, the panel is scrapped...You have no chance to amend it.
1. You can first understand us by going to our homepage.
Then go to our product page to view our current products for your reference.
Or you could contact us directly and let us know what you think.
2. We would like to give you a design sketch based on your description.
If all goes well with the final design,
We will discuss the bag material and confirm every detail.
Hereafter, the final drawing is passed to our sample room.
3. The sample room will follow the advice of the sales & designer,
Start your sample by drawing the paper pattern of the bag and accounting for the use of all materials.
Check that the materials are adequate.
If available, they cut the requested fabric to match the paper pattern and arrange additional accessories.
Finally, the worker will follow all instructions for stitching or welding the sample.
The sample will be examined and sent to you.
4. When you get your sample, double-check it and leave us your comments.
We would revise it to take photos or draw pictures with different details for your confirmation
or to start additional rounds of samples. Until you feel it's ideal.
Secondly, we would ask about details of the order (like quantity/how numerous colors, etc.) and provide a final quotation for you.
Expect to receive an order from you for the successful closing of our business if the offer and final sample are perfect.
5. For details on bulk production, find our FAQ, which may give additional information.
The QC system is all about bag quality, great materials, and technology, so you get great bags.
Every lot of bag’s materials come, it must through Fabric Checking and X-Ray fluorescence(XRF) Analyzing.
Fabric Check is designed to ensure that the amount of fabric is adequate and that there are no blemishes in each yard of material.
X-Ray fluorescence(XRF) Analyzing is to promise bag’s materials are matched customer’s request for lead-free standards and other metal standards.
After the materials pass the incoming test, the panels will follow the order’s request for decoration technology (like printing/embroidery/x-ray cutting, etc.) after cutting is finished.
Each panel was inspected by a QC to confirm that the decoration was not of inferior quality.
When the bags are on the line, several QC personnel are always on each line to process the in-line & semi-product checks to maintain a Low Scrap Factor and save production time and costs, ensuring that each step of the process is quick and efficient.
The final step is an inspection of the finished product, which is repeated after the packing is complete.
Make sure everything is perfect before the ship out.
