Test Principle: Testing Colour Fastness Strength of Fabric By Machine

A.testing way divide into Dry Friction and Wet Friction
B.Set counter to 10 times
C.Testing panel split into nylon fabric(right picture, CODE: N)
and cotton fabric(left picture,CODE:C),it's necessary to put them into separate box
and write the titles on it.

Attention Point:
- Dry Friction:
- Using ATTC cotton wrap the head of the Friction and chuck the Friction head
- The test board size is150mm*200mm, the distance of Friction keeps105mm, with a strength of 9N, speed 60times per min, testing 10 times
- When 50mm*200mm testing materials are put into the machine board, chucking and laying down the Friction head
2.WetFriction:
- Testing way and testing materials size same as dry friction.
- Using distilled water soak cotton testing fabric 3mins(the water only can use once.)
- Pat dries the testing cotton fabric with a towel before wrapping the friction head
- Open the machine that processes the friction testing
- The machine should be stopped when settled testing times finish.

Proceed Friction Testing

Attention Point:
Put the testing cotton fabric together with the pollution color swatch into a multifunctional light color matching box for judging the pollution level of the testing fabric
A.Dry Friction: if the pollution level is up from LV.4(including LV.4), the result is OK.
B.Wet Friction: if the pollution level is up from LV.3(including LV.3), the result is OK.
