Testing Item： Light resistance test Instruction
Test Principle: Test the light resistance of the material
Attention Point：
- The size of the test panel is 70cm*30cmand use tin foil to wrap it
- Put the test pack in the centerof two PE boards and clamp it.
Attention Point：
- Light sourcesdebug to OSRAM 300W
- Put the test materials away from the middle line 8cm position,the distance between the lamp and the rotary table is 25cm, and must non-overlapping
- Testing temperatures and times: deep color materials 50℃ -28H/light color materials 50℃-12H
- Open all lamps at the same time， close the door of the machine,and start the test

Attention Point：
- The machine stops when the time is up
- Put on the cow leather glove and take out the testing panel
- Take out the stitching on the testing panel which is split into testing materials and a white panel. Hang with a clamp until getting cool.
Mark the usage time of the lamp on the recording of light usage.

Attention Point：
Put cooling testing materials together with a fade color swatch Judge the degree
of fading under the multifunctional light color matching box.
If the fading level is up from LV.4(including LV.4), the result is OK.
(Should use a 45°degree angle to observe it.)
Remark:
- Must no include a Fluorescent component to avoid influencing the resulting judgment.
Keep the multifunctional light color matching box always clean for no pollution.
- Attention to the light usage recording.The lamp should be changed when the usage until 1000 hours.
