Testing Item： Slip Strength Test Instruction

Test Principle: Test fabric slip strength after stitching or welding

Test Step1：Open the Power

Attention Point：

    1. Change tongs to special purpose tongs of slip strength   
    2. Change the counting unit to Newton
    3. Reset the data of the machine to zero

Test Step2: Use Tongs Clamp the Testing Panel（After Stitching or Welding）

If find tongs too older cannot clamp the testing panel which could fold the panel into more layers to ensure the panel could fix well with the machine.

Attention Point：

  1. Testing panel of vertical and horizontal (meridional,zonal ) cutting）3 sets each.

(Size:65mm*25mm*75mm, radians 20mm)

  1. Using a needle inserted 6mm into the testing panel,ensure the insert right position.
  2. Distance of tongs is 44mm,drawing speed value is 100mm per min.

Test Step3:Judgement Testing Result

Attention point： Taking the average data of three times testing data

Remark: The testing data should reset to zero when retesting
